Spring and summer bedding is the only way to bring vibrant colour to our gardens.

It is a high budget, year on year investment in plant cost, soil quality and planning.

Most tulips are really bedding plants but there are a broader range of bulbs which can be treated as perennial plants.

Bulbs are an important part of spring and the earliest signs of winter fading.

Bedding needs to be carefully chosen. Our summers are not consistent and poor weather can damage large planting schemes.

Herbaceous and grasses can be an important part of sustainable bedding schemes. This one is found on The Bishop's Avenue, N10.
